Maybe I just don't know you well enough, Killer, but you did see the irony in my post, right? I'm just not sure if you were seriously offended or if you're joking around too.

Freddie, people that get offended over the net, to pluck out a "random" example out of the air - babygirl - don't stay for too long, or if they do then they're just masochists.

I really don't care about anything that happens online, I'm just bored out of my mind and I'm avoiding studying per usual. I just got done with a 6-page essay on comparing Kievan Rus vs. Muscovite Rus and realized that I used a 10 font instead of standard 12 and the essay must be twice longer. Either way, it was only supposed to be three pages and I have two more to write but I wasted half a day on writing this one for conspicuous reasons. My introductions are too long. I beat around the bush for a page at least...and then can't sum it all up in 2. Thus, I end up with another term paper.
I have it all. Including kino.

Gotcha, Juliet. I'll take that as a card blanche to joke around w/you. Well, maybe not card blanche, but you know what I mean.

Yeah, I used to do the same thing, I remember..on the days when I used to have to write term papers. Being too worried that it be long enough I used to get very wordy in the intros and first couple of paragraphs, then realize that it was plenty long so I'd just wrap it up with the rest of the info.

It's funny, I was working toward an engineering degree and it was funny to see the writing become less frequent, then disappear altogether. First I had to do some mandatory lit classes, communications, english, etc. Then after a couple of semesters I just had to focus on math and science..so here were just a bunch of equations. No more complete sentences, just numbers. Then it evolved some more and by the end it wasn't even numbers anymore! All just a bunch of greek letters! Those were the formulas I used in the end. Weird stuff, I'm telling you...but I guess I'm really not an engineer at heart.

By the way..by going from font 10 to 12, it's not twice as much...you'd have to increas to 20 to get twice as much!..I remember that much from my arithmetic days, ha ha...just playn.

    Claire...

It was an impostor, I swear. I never got your email asking me anything and I certainly didn't respond saying I didn't like you.

I really do like you...just not like that...but you're alright.

I hear ya, Freddie. I've had hella lot of math too. In fact I'm a senior and I'm almost done with my major (economics) - I only have one class left to take - History of Economic Thought. Now our professor, Medema, wrote a huge textbook on that which makes it damn tough (since he wrote the book, he knows everything). Lots of reading (from Aristotle to Maynard Keynes) and papers... sick of writing papers.

I am finally done with my midterms!!! (For the time being) I'm so happy! Go home, take a bath, relax, host a wine&cheese girls' party...go shopping (ahhh), drop another grand (just kidding) (well sort of)... ahh this is the life. Monday, I finally wrote that midterm for Religious studies. Gosh, I was so nervous I was literally trembling while writing those essay questions. Prof even gave me extra 10 minutes because I almost had a panic attack right before the exam. That day, I woke up at 6am, kept revieing my notes over and over again all the way until class at 4pm(even though I've studies the day before too) until I could just feel the excess info squeeze out of my ears. Oh what joy it was to prance out of the classroom and scream "FREE AT LAST!" at the top of my lungs!

PS - Carte Blanche gives me the shrills and chills, even two years after DREADFUL FRENCH - oh I HATED that class. I actually love French but my French prof (she) was a bitch from hell. She hated me b/c she taught English as well and I was exempt, since I speak English. Anyway, she was mad at me for that, she kept saying that I'm showing off and hated all of my "yankee" friends. Ever seen the movie "School Ties"? Well that's her in pants. And I'm the guy who freaked out and was taken to the loony bin. Honestly. She was so mean. And EVERY FRIGGIN TIME she would ask me the toughest questions on h/w, tests, and stuff. She would always say "Mademoiselle Juliette, vous avez une carte blanche..." Still horrifying. I had nightmares. I actually cried in the mornings before class. I dreaded French. She made us take the final on Dec. 30th! I was the only one burying my nose in the textbook instead of enjoying Christman time!
I have it all. Including kino.
