I am a guy, but my gf is very open about what she likes. To answer the question of "knowing how to use it" its simple, pay attention to her and do what is needed to please her, even if it doesnt feel that great for you.

A small lesson: you have all heard of the g-spot i assume? Good. If you don't know, it is located on the top side (towards her stomach) of the vagina about an inch and a half in, if you hit that she will definitely like it. This means getting an angle so that you can rub against that side of the vagina easily. There is also, of course, the clitoris, which I can easily tell feels infinitely good when rubbed at the same time.
