You are not mention here that your sister is married or unmarried. Yes, it is possible in married woman. When married woman is pregnant and if at that time she squeezed her boobs and light yellow color comes out. So if your sister is pregnant than do not worry about it. Otherwise you will contact woman's doctor.

Its normal for any woman when she squeezes her boobs to something like that get out, but if she is not pregnant and getting ready to breastfeed she has to squeeze it really hard till it hurts to get some liquid to get out.
Anyway we are not doctors here so tell her to see a ginecologyst, he can tell her better why this is happening.

Anything that color means an infection, she will need to have it looked at and get meds to take to heal it.
