I worry about it i need your opinion plz

my lover...
she was very quite and serious when i talked to her
but when she talked to the other friend
she was very funny and happy

she has never act or show that she love me
i was worried about did she love me ?? or she just meet me because of in that period
she spilted up with her boyfriend and i cared her very much
soon we became more than friend
at first she was very happy on our relationship
and now she said "i don't want to show that i love you or miss you because i feel very shy when people look at us"
but i think it's really real cuz i'm shy too ( lol )
when we went to anywhere...
sometimes i felt that she really loved cared and interested in me
i think she will showed that she loved me when we are together or lived with her friends ( girl only )

once... i thought that i will ask her that she love me or not ?
but my friend say "sometimes your girlfriend didn't show you that she need or love you. i knew all of it when we are split up i was a fool that i let her go and didn't believe in her and i don't want you to meet the same situation like me so keep it in your mind and forget it if you don't want to hurt like me"
i want to know...
Did girl feel shy about tell or show her boyfriend that she love him ?
If girl didn't show that how much she love her boyfriend...did her love her boyfriend ?

Personally, I couldn't be with someone who was to shy or ashamed to show and verbalize there love for me. I KNOW I deserve better than that, not to mention, in a relationship people usually arent too shy to say these things. It kinda sounds like you are the rebound guy though which would explain why she doesn't feel comfortable telling you these things. She could be feeling guilty because you feel soooo strongly for her, but she can't reciprocate it for you.

and she's everything for me
