been with my boyfriend for 2-3 months now and i love him to bits but he always textin other girls he has actually had a text off a girl sayin i love you 2 and he most off text her sayin ilove you he seems to lie to me alot he got my name tatood on his neck to prove he loves me but how does that prove anything when he obviously texts other girls saying he loves them am i just beeing paranoid or is this a sign that hes cheatin on me???? so now because im worried im not good enough i try and hurt him before he hurts me i know i shouldnt but im tryin to stop myself getting hurt but i realy do love him just dont know what to doo

I know exactly what's going on, yes he's totally cheating on you- the tatoo means nothing other than to shut you up. I advise you dump him ASAP.

If he's just being a flirt then that's not cheating. I know someone who says "I love you" to EVERYONE. Odd, but not out-of-bounds.

If he's lying to you about it though, that's a problem. There should be no secrets when it comes to flirting.

That doesn't mean you should accept it - you would be perfectly justified in saying "it makes me uncomfortable and I can't have that."

However, he would also be perfectly justified (if it were true) in saying "I never dreamed of cheating on you and if I can't flirt then I'm leaving."

It may just be a matter of the two of you having different (and both widly accepted) definitions of fidelity.
