I had an intruder in the house today.
A black cat.
That good or bad luck?
Couldn't get it to leave so l gave up. It ended up sitting next to me on the sofa whilst licking its crotch.
I think its left now, but it could well be lurking anywhere in the house.-... --- --- -... .. . ...

Cats are the perfect pet. They come and sit with you when you're sad or upset, they leave you alone when you're not, except if they're hungry or their box needs changing... they're warm and small and feel good under your hands, and you can leave them for a week with a big bowl of food and a clean litter box, and they'll forgive you shortly after you get home...
NEVER break their hearts, though. I did that once.
