do you think this guy likes me?

he tries to listen though i explain things unclear.
he picks up my things without hesitation every time they fall (this often happens because i really am careless).
once, i caught him looking at me. he looked away immediately.
we were left alone once in a public vehicle. he started the conversation and when the topic's done, after seconds of silence, he started to talk about how he wasn't allowed to drive their car. seconds after he got off, when the vehicle's some meters away, he looked at it (i can't assume that he looked at me, though i hope he did)
the day after, when i asked him to pay for a class project, he gave me his money with trembling hands. hours after, when he and his friends were playing truth or dare, he was asked to hold my hands. he approached me but i didn't hear what he was saying at first so he stood in front of me for several seconds 'til he held my hands for a second or two. he wasn't looking at my eyes the whole time.

i dunno if he's just being kind to me or he's a shy guy or he just doesn't like me..
i kinda feel like he does but i'm not pretty and i haven't had a relationship before so i might just be assuming. what do you think?

plus he hasn't called me or texted me.. or chatted in facebook...
we've known each other for more than 2 months..
is he just gathering courage? or should i stop waiting for he doesn't feel a thing for me?

I'm guessing he is shy. Though I have no clue if he likes you or not. None of your examples could really convince me one way or the other.

If you like him so much then why don't you give him some indication that you do. You expect him to put himself out there and be the only one who is in a vulnerable position. Why?

i see... but i was searching the net about how to know if a guy likes you and stuff... some really does happen...
and i feel that he does like me... it's just an instict... or maybe i am just assuming.... i don't know.

So? If he rejects you at least you'll know and you won't have to have this angst and wondering anymore. If you know he doesn't like you the way you like him then it's best to not talk to him because doing that will give you a chance to cleanse your feelings for him.

yeah.. i guess you're right.. maybe i'm not wondering... i'm hoping. so i'm at the wrong place.

2 months is still very short.. and i don't know him very well yet.
if he likes me, he'll ask me. if not in years, he doesn't.

sorry if this thread's kinda silly.
i'm just 17 and nobody has asked me out yet.
i don't know a lot of things in this matter.

It's cool Mirdeured, I guess you'll just have to do your best to not obsess about him and what he's doing and thinking then and just be a teenager and have fun with your friends. If it's meant to be then it's meant to be. If it's not meant to be then you'll still be moving along and having fun.

Dont be afraid to flirt at bit through eye contact and body language if he approaches you. He'll be more brave to make a move if he suspects you like him.
