What's the best way (if there is any) to convince a girl that this is OK to go out for a beer (nothing else for now) even if we are co-workers? (Quitting my job is not an option for now)
thanks

why do you need to convince her have you already asked and she has said no ?

She didn't say no... to me. But she told me someone else asked her and she said no because they are co-workers and she want to avoid troubles with that. So I think I need to make her more confident with that.
I think, sometimes girls say things like that when they don't want to admit, that they just don't like the guy. And if she likes someone, she will change her mind without hesitation.)
At least I did :-)
Some girls do deal with it this way but not all, say to her you would like to ask her for a drink as a friend and if she would like to accept that would be great. Then see how things go, co workers do go out for drinks together after all.
If she says no then you know she isnt interested.
