    Anyone know if penis enlargement surgery actually works?

    I have a very small penis and I wanted to know if surgery was a suitable option for my problem.

    It's not what you think. From what I've been told they move some of the scrotum back so it "looks" bigger. Your other option is to look into getting a penis extender from a sex shop or buy it on line.
