I vote keep trying. Until you know for sure how far your relationship will go you will always be guessing, and if it turns out good then I'm very happy for you. If it turns out bad, then you will have learned so many lessons on relationships that you will be a guru on this field of life. It's a rare thing for such chemistry between someone at 16 and someone at 25, but hell, for it to have gone on for this long there must be something out of this world incredible going on inside both you and your girl.
