    Don't worry about expensive gyms. What you should do is cut out anything unhealthy. This includes white bread. Then to eliminate fat, do some ab workouts. Make sure you work your full core, abs and obliques. Some good excersices are; fifer scissors, wide leg/cross leg sit ups, oblique V ups, andason twists. All of these workouts are from the world class P90X Ab Ripper X DVD. You can see the rest of them at the P90X website if you are interested. Yoga is another great way to obliterate fat off of your body. I'm not sure of how overweight you are, but if you are not obese then this will be a good start. Best of luck to you.

    You have to start from scratch to lose weight and have a good physique. Join a gym nearby your house and start doing cardiovascular exercises. Run a mile or two daily to shed some fats from your body. If this doesn't work then try green tea as it is proved that drinking green tea can benefit a person in losing weight.

    I think these tips may be help for you...... So lets try it....

    1. Drink plenty of water.
    2. Start your day with a glass of water.
    3. Drink a glass of water before you start the meal.
    4. Have another glass of water while you are having the meal.
    5. Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks, especially sodas.
    6. Include in your diet things that contain more water like tomatoes and watermelons.
    7. Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice.
    8. If you have a craving for fruit juice then included fresh fruit juices instead of this, artificial flavors and colors to go. Or better yet, try making your own juice is not about him with too many calories too sweet.

    I'm about 10 pounds away from having a myocardial infarction, so if anyone needs to lose weight, its me.

    diet and physical work out are direct link to weight control or loose.Try to do some walk at morning or evening.And avoid all kind of fatty/oily/fast eating,drink more and more water during the day day rather than to go for other drinks.

    This thread started over a year ago. It's old and this person is long gone. I bet they haven't lost any weight and that it was all just a pipe dream.

    Particularly when the excess weight is related to a hormonal problem, like PCOS. She needed an endocrine doctor, not diet and exercise advice.

    Possible issue with thyroid. Which should be checked first.
