Don't worry about expensive gyms. What you should do is cut out anything unhealthy. This includes white bread. Then to eliminate fat, do some ab workouts. Make sure you work your full core, abs and obliques. Some good excersices are; fifer scissors, wide leg/cross leg sit ups, oblique V ups, andason twists. All of these workouts are from the world class P90X Ab Ripper X DVD. You can see the rest of them at the P90X website if you are interested. Yoga is another great way to obliterate fat off of your body. I'm not sure of how overweight you are, but if you are not obese then this will be a good start. Best of luck to you.
