Hi all,

I have a difficult one.

Me and my girlfriend have been going out for 7 years. We met when she was 16/17 and I am her first real boyfriend. Also the first and only person she has slept with.
She is now 23 and I am 25.

The problem is she loves me loads, but is getting curious on what it would be like if she'd of had other boyfriends. She feels there's nothing to compare me to.

She's been thinking it a lot lately as a lot of her friends are having lots of boyfriends and she's only ever had me.

She's a gud'n and 7 years being with me without anyone else from such a young age is not bad. I'd love to stay with her but how do I defuse this situation? Make her feel like she doesn't need to do that. Battling against curiosity I can imagine is hard.

Well, thanks for that.
Suppose it is the reality of what could happen.
Anyone have any suggestions on preventing this? and making her stop being curious about these sorts of things?

my bf doesnt let me use the internet after 8pm and if i go out i have to be back by 10 pm. seems to work for us.

You should just let her do it one time and get it out of her system, but not with a black man, otherwise she might not come back, lol.

Well, Matt, it seems that the best suggestion we have so far is letting her cheat on you once with a caucasian, then stick her in a cage with no TV or internet. Only let her out to feed her and/or have sex.

I have to admit I raised an eyebrow when reading your posts, is that really so strange? But we probably should not be hijacking Matt's post. Feel free to start a new thread about your relationship and the very unusual restrictions that you accept being imposed on you. I promise I will contribute in a respectful and meaningful way if you do.

Dear Matt, there is nothing to disfuse the situation. If she wants to go, she's gonna do it whether you like it or not. T'is better to accept and let her go if she does, than her having her cheat on you. Some people need to sew their wild oats before committing to a life long partner. Some do go off and experience others, then come back. Might be the thing for the both of you to do.
