Girlfriend left for 5 days with little contact, now annoyed with me!

My girlfriend went to see her friend that she hasn't seen for a year for 5 days and she is returning today. She barely contacted me the whole time and didn't even say Love you goodnight when normally I at least get something before I go to sleep. I text her saying that I hadn't heard much from her and wondered why she didn't text me back. She has now went in a mood and replied "I can never do anything right" "I was with my friend sorry for spending time away from you"

Tbh I can't be bothered arguing over this and just want to see her and just talk to her but I've obviously annoyed her so not sure what to do? Should I just apologise even though I feel she could of made more effort to contact me?
