Hey, nobody is saying OP shouldn't make some kind of effort. They can work on it if they want, just don't be surprised if it goes nowhere for the reasons I stated above.

Your post sounds like something I would say in response to "OMG I JUST FOUND OUT HE'S HAD SEX WITH TEN WOMEN BEFORE ME WHAT A DISGUSTING PIG IT'S OVER **** HIM!!!" OP is in a bit more of a far gone situation.

Yeah because there's no way OP knows what bothers her better than some random internet guy with an anti-sex agenda to push.

Not enough yelling, hyperbole, and xenophobia to be a male Michelle (well the hyperbole part is fairly close). That said, Michelle knew how to read posts and could understand multiple sentences without getting everything someone else said completely wrong which is more than can be said about Mr. Phantom Diagnosis...

I don't have an anti-sex agenda. I merely repeatedly point out that several of you guys either base your views on relationships on sex or have an extremely casual and promiscuous view of acceptable behavior. That's fine if you want to do that, however that generally leads to failed relationships. You may say "not in me!" but it still holds true for most people. You can get upset about that, but it doesn't actually change that fact.

You know what the theory of relativity is I trust? My views on sex are not extremely casual and promiscuous as an end all be all, they have to be compared to something. Compared to those of Spain and Germany my views are akin to those of a mormon nun. And yet their marriages are far more successful than America's marriages are. Doesn't bode too well for your "generally leads to failed relationships" theory. The country that has the highest divorce rate is the country that flew into a nationwide moral crisis over a boob being exposed at the superbowl and thinks a President getting a blowjob in his personal life is stronger grounds for impeachment than starting multiple illegal wars without approval from anybody - another gaping hole in your argument. Also, there's a huge difference between getting upset and pointing out where someone is wrong.

    1) You apparently don't know what country has the highest divorce rate. Or you do but lie in order to make some point.

    2) You imply that one relates to the other, which is quite entertaining.

    3) Your contentions also are quite false, specifically the "illegal" and "without approval" part.

In summary, you're not terribly smart and you seem to just use talking points that you pick up here and there.

Oh, also you don't seem to know what the impeachment was about, which is amusing. It's like you get your history off of cereal boxes.

What? nobody said you said they shouldn't make some kind of an effort so it's odd that you'd even bring that up.

*snipped* On second thought I'll just say: Really?

The women in the porn pictures are not obtainable to him, and that is why it probably turns him on, the fantasy factor. Don't feel threatened by porn, and if you do discuss it with your boyfriend. If he has a real issue with it, maybe he can seek help.

    1) If America is not number 1 it is definitely top 5, either way the point still stands, which this is aside from.

    2) First of all, your assertion was that liberal views on sex cause relationships to go bad. My counter and the whole point of everything I said was that countries with far more liberal views on sex than America have better relationships in general than America. This does not bode well for your assertion. If you're going to post a rebuttal stop dodging the main points.

Moreover, what's "entertaining" is you trying to lecture me about the corrleation = causation fallacy right after your "liberal views on sex causes relationship failure" assertion. That's a lot more entertaining than me stating the obvious.

    3) WMD was the legal justification for invading Iraq. Not a trace of WMD were found. Obama's invasion of Libya was done without Congressional consent - which is required according to the War Powers Act of 1973. He is also attempting to do the same with Syria.

Lol, what a joke. For you to call me "not terribly smart" is the equivalent of a speck of dust calling mount everest tiny.

Lying to congress and trying to cover his tracks. But what kicked off the shitstorm? What had the media in a frenzy? What made America utterly hysterical toward him? What does everyone still talk about to this day? Getting his dick sucked...which comes back to the point that seems to have gone right over your head.

I was addressing the parts in bold.

Doesn't look so odd to me.

No, actually, your point doesn't stand since it was based on an false statement. I like how you're not smart enough to figure that out, though.

Really? What's your evidence on that?

Actually, what you stated was false, so you're just blabbering right now.

The best part is you like to make statements that are wholly unrelated to your contention. It's fascinating. It's almost like you don't know what the words mean.

Oh, good, so you know! So I guess rather than being uninformed, you merely like to lie in order to make points. Now we know.

It's actually sort of boring for me. I thought this was going to be way harder.

    1) http://www.nationmaster.com/graph/peo_div_rat-people-divorce-rate

    2) Germany and Spain are both far more sexually open than America...much of Europe is. So is Japan. Look at our divorce rates vs. theirs. Look at our rates of infidelity vs. theirs.

    3) Do you even understand the words I spoke? It seems like you misread literally everything you attempt to understand.

    4) Illegal wars = contention. Statement = reason why wars illegal. I don't understand how it's even possible to miss that, even for you.

    5) Again, dodging the issue in order to avoid having to admit that you're dead wrong and have absolutely no case, seems to be the only form of argument you know.

Making an absolute fool of yourself isn't that hard. Even you can't **** that one up.

Speaking of boring I believe I've fed the troll as much as I care to.

Playing devil's advocate here: low divorce rates don't necessarily mean that they have happy marriages, it just means they have longer-lasting ones.
