That would be an excellent outcome. I also recall a strikingly similar thread on a board I used to frequent and she also left her husband. He didn't change because he had no use for her if she wasn't going to be the unpaid babysitter. So sad.

Well he will either realize what a fool hes been and see what he has been taking for granted and change and finally agree to go to counselling (which they desperately need) or shell learn that the marriage was already over before she left and can start planning a fresh start without him.

Just because u work it doesn't mean u don't have to do anything else. He's rediculous. He only works 8 hours a day it's not like he's working really long shifts or anything. He has time to get drunk but not look after his kids?
