Hello, my girlfriend says that a smoother her and iv now come to the conclusion that it's true iv just recently moved in with her and I'm 142miles away from anybody else I know so to me she is my only and best friend at the moment. I can see that I can really stress her out and I love her to bits is there anything I can do to stop this please.

Find a hobby, make new friends, exercise, get a job if you don't have one or visit your family and friends every week. 142 miles is only about 2.5 hours or less.

Your GF is being insensitive. If this is her home town, she should be putting in full effort to introduce you to her male friends, and get you involved with activities with her friends or co-workers. I find it real unfair of her to not take some of the responsability of getting you settled. You up rooted your life, leaving behind everything for her, so she OWES you the consideration to help you, not bitch about you. A relationship is a partnership, she should be supporting you.
