What is she thinking?

Hey. I am 16, male.
There is this girl I like. She is the same age as I am and she lives in the same town as I do. I know her name, but I don't know if she knows my name. Some of my friends are friends with her.
Five or so days ago I was on the bus station and so was she. When I was waiting to go on the bus she showed me to go in front of her. She was "midly" smiling. Then I showed her to go in front of me. She smiled and happily said thanks. Then she went on the bus.
What do you think? Does she just want to be friends, does she want to be more than friends or is she just really polite.

Oooo boy you are reading way too much into nothing. If you like this girl than you need to strike up conversations with her, get to kno her etc. I gave up my sit to a stranger today on the bus. I hope she doesn't think I want to marry her :/

I'm sorry, buddy, but she was being polite... But if you want to try your luck, why not try talking to her and asking her out? I see no reason why you can't, based on the information you've given us, and what do you really have to lose?

She responded in the same way most people would if we're thoughtful. A smile and a thankyou only means that she appreciates your gesture

Sounds like she was probably just being polite i always smile and let people infront of me but it never hurts to ask her for her number and see what she says
