That place looks beautiful, nico88, the water is so blue too. Is that the same boat you took pictures on before, or a speed boat?

Day does look perfect, I'd be swimming all day in that water. Have fun.

Today was good. Decided tmrw a couple friends and I are gunna head up to bass lake in California for a few days to kick it and de-stress. Looking forward to some nice r&r.
Don't remind me =) I know but we are as prepared as we can be but you still expect the unexpected and that freaks her out.
No names decided on, definitely ones we don't want though but we know the sex, we both wanted to know so we could plan and shop. It's a boy!

That might be a good thread for me to make, help us name our baby, rofl.

Cool pics, dude - looks like a good trip and r&r time. I wouldn't mind being on that lake too, looks chill.

anya_may21: Nope, that wasn't the same boat. We were in California not New York so we had to rent a lil boat from the resort we were staying at. The water was beautiful and perfect temperature. Miss it already ha.

somehelp4me: I don't get why people don't wanna do whether it's a boy or a girl. I mean it helps a lot when deciding on paint, decor, names, etc. It's like they're just making it harder for themselves ha.

So far my days been good. Got in to NY about 5 this morning. The kids were excited to see me. Papa peed everywhere. Damn chihuahuas and they're small bladders. After I took them out and took a lil nap, went by the the gf's studio to drop off some breakfast. But she was too busy getting her fitness on to appreciate the beauty of a sausage biscuit and hash brown from mcdonalds. Bet you don't look this good when working out:

Busy day today. Helped a couple friends move into their new house. It's not the easiest thing to do in NYC but we did it.

Looking forward to kicking back with a cold beer and watching a good movie.

Decent morning. Looking forward to working this week. Got a lot of good people on a project I'm working on so pretty stoked about that. They make it feel like it's not work at all..

I went away to QLD for a few days with my BBF, warmer days there too. Got up and ate big breakfasts, went out walking, shopping and visiting friends and having huge dinners and drinks, lots of drinks.

Didn't concern myself with my BF, for once it was him going "where are you, what are you doing?" Even though I told him days in advance.

What type of project are you working on, nico? You must always have fun things to do living in NY.

Hope you have a nice few days with your best friend, anya. It's good to get away for awhile. Even for just a couple days.

Tho I do tend to find a lot of fun things to do here, this is actually work. Having to put in a ton of hrs in a short amount of time. When our schedule is this tight you basically live on site. But I like it. It's kind of a rush to me.

Today started off good but got cut short due to a coworker getting sick. Finishing up what I can now and then headed to pick up some chicken and coconut milk for my mulligatawny soup tonight. I'm so ****ing hungry I can literally taste it now ha

Today kinda just started but the last few days have been fun. Went to ostrichland with a couple friends and fed a few ostrich from a dog bowl...weird but cool at the same time.

Also came to the realization that I am a lil bit scared of them and their long necks and beaks. Was pretty sure when I ran out of their food they were gunna peck my eyes out ha.

nico where is ostrichland that sounds like a interesting place? I haven't gone anywhere, other than the hospital, parents, inlaws and work. End of summer drag out.

Has everyone taken vay-k the same time?

somehelp4me: It's in Solvang, California. It's basically a wildlife reserve for ostrich and emus. It's definitely an experience. It was hot as balls out so we didn't stay long but if you're ever out that way in cali it's worth the stop.

It's Bass Lake in California. Perfect vacation spot if you love the outdoors. Lots of water, forest, mountains. You can camp out but they also have a shit ton of resorts in the area as well.

Anyways weekend was crazy spent the 3 days in the hamptons with the gf and a few of our friends, so just planning on taking it easy today. Hopefully catching up on some tv shows and just kicking it with the chickens.
