I have no interest in finding ways to "save" marriage.
Personally, would there be no legal and monetary benefits, I wouldn't bother with it.

Why do you need marriage to continue a relationship?
Oh wait, I get it, because it's just "the next step", y'know just to, "make sure", "lock it all down", blah blah blah.
Clearly the act of marriage has not done anyone any good in keeping them together, or faithful.
Like I said, the only reason why I'd bother with marriage is to reap the legal and monetary benefits. It's all a ploy.
some partners can be a nuissance and if we love them then we have the right to guide and discipline them. it is always an uncomfortable element in any relationship however it's the only way to correct wrong ways and bad habits.

Well, we did it b/c the older generation in our families are religious, some clergy, even. They cared more than we do.
And it provides some social security for our son.
But, as I've say, if society were different, we would have been quite happy being in a communal child-rearing relationship. Or a line marriage or something like. I could easily handle 3, or 4 husbands, I think.

Don't cry, don't regret and don't blame
Weak find the whip, willing find freedom
Towards the sun, carry your name
In warm hands you are given
Ask the wind for the way
Uncertainty's gone, your path will unravel
Accept all as it is and do not blame
God or the Devil

I'm only kidding of course. I wouldn't marry anyone I couldn't trust enough to the point I need a prenup.
