Er, Uni isn't free in the UK people.

weird coz as an eu member i can get free education in the UK, and accomodation mostly paid for too! education is not fully free in Ireland this year actually just this year, budget cuts just made, its now done by means testing, so if a person has no money they can get free education in ireland.

sorry i thought it was the same for you in the UK...well maybe it would be best for you to figure out how much it would cost you to do this (if it turns out to be a mistake) then..oops

Exactly. Its subsidized (depending on the school), like in Canada.

Kie, get your biz degree. Yes, its practical, but even actors gotta eat & you'll eat better w/a biz degree.

Anyway, since noone mentioned it yet, there is no reason they can't be complimentary. A biz degree & working in film or production? How about working for LucasFilm or DreamWorks? Think that Mr. Spielburg doesn't want clever college grads working for him?

Act on the side, get to know ppl, make money. Sounds smart all around to me.
