Sounds like your trying to make the next "Hitch" movie.
Watch the movie "Hitch",it'll give you some insight & character development schematics.Perhaps give you some ideas for camera pans an angles, etc.
Otherwise you need to define the meaning of "Love" in your script.
Does this guy just want to get laid, or actually experience what it is like to do anything for that one particular person ( ergo: Fall in Love )?
From what I've experienced nothing really goes according to plan after a while.
You eventually become "love drugged" and don't care about plans...
You just want to be with that person no matter what...
Until/If your heart gets broken & you have to move on...
Do the research & watch some "Love" movies. That way you can also get a heads up at what your audience wants.
The classics are the best to learn from though...

Just a little bump-e-dy-bump in case someone missed this thread
You certainly can make someone fall in love with you...in time. The best and long lasting relationships are made that way. You slowly learn to enjoy each others company...build a certain respect without any pressures...and slowly fall in love.
It is better than love at first sight....and when the passion is over in 2 yrs. its usually over.

The question here, I think, is would you want to make someone love you? Doesn't that sound kind of empty? Wouldn't you rather that someone just loved you for who you were rather than having to manipulate or "trick" them into it. I think it's possible, but not desirable.

love just happens... and you can't describe it.
