Okay... so I texted him saying, if it's him, then I'm very sorry because I lent my brother my phone. He texted back 24 hours later saying, no problem, want to go for coffee sometime on the weekend? I said that would be great, though I can only do it on Sunday, and is that okay with him? It's been a day, and I've gotten no response.

So I'm going to call him later today and ask if we're on for Sunday... and if not, then Monday after he works is good too, because we'll both be in the same round-about area (he lives close to where I go to school).

Man... this guy is hard to keep in contact with!

No, hun! He made the offer, and you made a counter-offer. The ball should be in HIS court now. Make him work a tiny bit, or you will end up with a spineless, apathetic guy. (just my opinion)

Don't discourage yourself. Be patient! Guys are really really bad about doing stuff swiftly. The explanation could lie in multiple things:
1.He is nervous. (guys are just as nervous as girls to make the first move)
2. He had a busy weekend: Perhaps Friday night was his day off and he had prior commitment for the remainder of the weekend. NOt to say that your not on his mind or anything, but sometimes people have other things to do in life than to re-contact a crush.
3. Your number got deleted off his phone and he is unable to call you: Sometimes (alot of the times) guys screw around (being one myself) and do stupid shit to our friends. He may have left that club that night and hung out with a couple buddies that were drunk and they might of saw your new number on his phone and were trying to be funny and deleted it. Because of that, i think its always a good idea for both parties to exchange numbers, if not some form of contact, just in case.
Overall though three days is not very long. Especially over a weekend where this guy is going to clubs..... I will say that the fact that he said "ill do it if you do it too" should mean alot to you. This shows that this man isnt afraid around you. He is willing to be himself and just straight up have fun with you as his side. I would take that statement he said as more meaningful than him pulling him close to you....
Be strong! You know you will get that call when you least expect it....
