um, why do I agree in the Death Penalty? ... I know you would love for me to come up with some profound reason.. but your not worth debating anything with.... so.. here is my answer....

I am firmly against the death penalty. For a variety of reasons.

1) Death is permanent, what if it was a wrongful conviction?
2) Two wrongs don't make a right.
3) Why shoud the state have the power to take life ?
4) The international community (rightly) regards it as barbaric and a violation of fundamental human rights.


I could go on...but ill let you guys chew on those awhile.
