I do miss my ex but not the person she changed into. It's easy to remember the good times as they are automatic thoughts. But it is important to remember the bad times and also the person she turned into.

I miss the feeling of being loved and having that companionship. It will come again one day but until then i'm going to be strong about it, it's life after all, these things happen.

I don't miss anything about my ex. She was a control freak and lied about her personal life. I've moved on and am happy with the one i am with now
