Ask yourself the following:

Given the chance to, if there were NO consequences and NO way anyone would ever find out, if this girl was laying naked on your bed and wanted to have sex? Would you?

Are you afraid to tell your girlfriend about her?

Because of the time you spend with her, do you spend less time emotionally with your girlfriend?

If you answer yes to any of these, I'd say it might not be technically cheating but it's definitely something DISHONEST that you should tell your gf about if you wanna keep things real.

Oh come on guys..if i was attracted to her..i'm pretty sure i'd have had a weak moment in all this time. Save me some slack please. Please tell me it's not that bad.

You're making excuses for yourself, and it's blatant.
You said it was a question you didn't want to answer, not even to yourself, and now you're back-paddling because I interpreted it as "yes, I am physically attracted to her". Think about it... if you weren't, you would have said no when I asked you.

No, you wouldn't necessarily have had a weak moment. You might be good at controlling it. After all, both of you are taken.

But the thought is still there. And you're too emotionally close to her.

It's a clear cut case of you having feelings for someone else.

What you should do? Think hard and clear about WHO you want. If you want your gf, stay completely away from this other girl. If you want this other girl, you need to break things off with your gf... which is not a guarantee you'll get the other girl since she's taken anyway.
But, considering you can't be honest with yourself and will make excuses for your feelings, I think you should tell your gf... that way she can decide what happens and what she does with you.
