Sexual attraction for women is much more emotional than it is for men. Have you tried romancing her the way SHE would want to be romanced? I suggest cooking something for her and rubbing her back while watching a movie you don't really want to watch but she loves.

If nothing happens, you might rethink this relationship. Sex is too important to do without in a committed relationship.
