Only thing that will make him realize his problem is losing you(and maybe everything else). You can't save him, he can only save himself. Leave now. Or at least leave after the first time he beats you. Any subsequent beatings are your fault, and deserve no sympathy.

You should get away from him now-- before it's too late. His drinking could escalate to violence toward you. Right now, he's being verbally and emotionally abusive. Next step could be physical.
Why would you want to stay with a guy who disrespects you and treats you so horribly?
