I would recommend some steps:
1. Read some books (kamasutra is the must)

I'm gonna repeat what my guy's said about blow jobs... if you're just doing it because you think it will please your guy, don't bother. Do it if you enjoy it. Yea, especially if Im on top and my boyfriend keeps his finger nails cut so thats a plus. As far as giving oral sex, you do better if you like to do it, passion and detailed and wet.
