Yes, we all have negative qualities. But we can also address those negative qualities and improve ourselves. I'm eternally grateful that I've grown and learned and improved since my 20's

Regarding the distinction between negative and positive qualities.....if your actions make you and others happy, they are good qualities. If your actions make others upset, irritated or bring you down, then they are bad qualities and are something you could improve on
