I dont know whats changed with her, she went on holiday with her family in novemeber and after she came back was when I wasnt particurly nice and she hasnt been the same since.

Have you considered the idea that she simply can't be bothered with a long distance thing? They do leave so many facets of a relationship unfulfilled. If she was ambivalent shortly after going long distance...and then you were unpleasant, it may have been enough to turn her off for good.

The reason she is being so cold to you now and told you about the other guy is because she wants you to go away.
