In my personal experience, it is definitely stronger and lasts longer if you eat it.

I was going to suggest cooking. Smoking just trashes your taste buds, so every day you don't smoke, the better everything tastes. What a reward, right?

The workouts last longer and I have more energy on the basketball court! ... although, I've actually been working my stomach out more because I've been eating everything in sight ... especially since my wife's pregnant, I find myself eating all the damn time! (also, being around her prevents me from smoking!)

Cool! I'm not much for exercising, except for taking a walk. So, I have to say from experience, that after a year or so it all evens back out and you don't gain more weight, your metabolism goes back to normal.

Smoking weed will never become a replacement for cigarettes. It kills motivation, makes you want to eat junk, and always makes me feel brain dead if I do it too often.

I am happy to keep that one on the moderation shelf, where it's safe and not a threat to all the good things I have injected since ditching the cancer sticks.

You guys wouldn't smoke so much if you sucked on a big fat one every now and then.

I went out last night with work mates; needless to say there was lots of grog and many of them are smokers. These situations certainly aren't easy but I felt great getting through the night not having a single puff. I just knew I wouldn't give into temptation no matter how much I wanted to. I guess once you really make up your mind to do something, anything can be done.

I've decided to start putting away the money I will save; it should contribute nicely to my holiday fund. I estimate that I can save roughly $2.5k (AUD) over 12 months, that's my flight to London next year

Depending on where you go, it could be slightly less than $4 to $5 ... but at a casino, they're like $6-7!

Awesome, you should be very proud! And there's no point giving those thieves your money when it can be spent for much better things!

Awesome! In about a month, you'll not be thinking about cigs when you first wake up in the morning anymore. And every day it just gets better, it will be 2 years for me in August. I have been hanging out with a lot of people who smoke lately, family members included, and I don't even think about lighting up with them anymore. I just laugh to myself on the inside and remember that I am not a slave like them anymore!
