hehe, well it sounds delicious. I'm not big in the kitchen, really, but those ingredients are pretty simple- except I've never seen corn syrup for sale anywhere, though i'm sure it's there somewhere..

I always go to starbucks just to see that chocolate cake I drool over each time I get my daily frapuccino BC. I still havent had any of that cake yet. It looks liek the one from that film " Matilda". Anyone seen that movie? THAT's like my dream chocolate cake.

for me, there are pretty much two main ingredients for a good workout song;
1. strong beat
2. sexy/angry lyrics
actually, I have some instrumentals that are really great too.
