    How much cake is appropriate?

On an average ladies, how much cake does it take to fend off PMS cramps, and yes the cake is chocolate.

Cake does nothing. Red wine and a hot bath, though; that's magic.

But technically isn't that like having your cake and eating it too, Gigabitch? So technically, even if metaphorically speaking, cake is a factor. lol

No cake for me. I don't like cake. I like backrubs and whinging when I become Menstruella DeVil.

Skor bites and a glass (or two) of red wine. No cakes!

Have you thought about using tylenol, motrin, or even midol?

I usually take Motrin about twice on the first day, then once a day until it ends. Never feel any pain or bloating then.

No. I think that's Skol? I don't smoke, so dunno. Tho, oddly, I don't mind a man who smokes the occasional cigar. Cigarettes are foul, tho.

Anyway, they are delicious little chocolate drops mixed with hard toffee. I don't keep them in the house b/c they are deadly. Like chocolate almonds.

Red wine is, however, a house staple.

Just eat healthy, sleep well, and drink planty of water. I used to have really bad cramps but not anymore because I keep a healthy lifestyle. But I remember when I had them, I use heating pads on my lower abdomen.
