It's not easy to be objective when you are right in the middle of the situation.

My situation is going much better, btw... progressing (finally) very nicely. I enjoyed the advice & support here at the forum so much that I decided to get more involved and see what was going on here (outside of my own thread). Glad I did - this is a great group!

Not senile. More like my preoccupations overtaking my perceptions.

Wait a minnit. That's the definition of senile, isn't it?

    Omigod. It's begun!

Her being angry is one thing but ditching you in the theater. I would find her, kill her, and ditch her body in a forest.

Appears you're the only one who appreciates some of the effects of my far-sightedness. I'm hard of hearing, too. I have the most unusual conversations with people.

So, lets see... see no evil, hear no evil. That leaves...

Seriously, are you for real on this? My son is far sighted... we picked it up very early (noticed his eye turning in trying to accomodate) so he wears glasses. But I thought that far sightedness got less with age. Something to do w/the near sighteness of aging balancing things out. I was hoping he might not need glasses at some point. Is this not true??

(sorry for the temp thread hijack)
