Yea, I wasn't surprised at the tie up goal, tho I was surprised it came so late. Kesler (I think) said it: Canada tends to pooch it in the 3rd with a lead. They needed to keep doing like in the 1st on those US power plays--offensive-defence kicking it back into the US zone.

Johnson lead an amazing strategy in that 3rd. Of course, with nothing to lose it made total sense. And Miller is a machine. Much longer and I think the US would have had it. Tough game, amazing teams.

Well i know this will sound weird but i'm hoping the game is tied and not us winning 3-1 or something. The reason is because if we are up by 2 goals, our guys will defend too much and we totally suck at it..as we showed tonight..We are much better if it's close game and puck pressure is in the other team's zone.

Thanks, indi. I hope our boys celebrate properly too. Apparently the women's team had a celebration where they had drinks on the ice and one of the girls is like 18 i guess so the media was making such a big deal. Trying to poop on our party! lol
