So it's been 4, almost 5 months since the love of my
Life left me without reason and moved states away.
He said he still loved me and regretted leaving but then
Stopped talking to me for 2 months. I grieved for the
Longest time and I just got to where I except
The fact that I'll never see him again so i have been talking
To this other guy, it's only been a few weeks
But he really likes me and he's very sweet. My ex texts
Me the other day and says he wants to see me again. Honestly
My ex will always have my heart, like I said hes the love of my life,
But I don't want to
Hurt the new guy because I like him and he is so
Kind hearted. What have I done and what do I do
Now?

If you are not over your ex then you shouldn't be trying to date someone else. Just be honest with the new guy...tell him you are not over your ex and still in contact with him. The new guy will prob. move on, but it will hurt him less this way vs. you stringing him along for months and then returning to your ex. Your ex left you so he really needs to prove himself and his love for you if he wants you back. Don't make it easy for him. He might just miss you b/c he moved to a new place and hasn't met anyone else yet...
