Depends on the person. My first BF was the good boy. Listened to his parents and never got in trouble. I loved his family, and that is why it took me so long to break up with him. He was kinda boring.
Now, the next BF was the "bad boy." That persona is what I was initially attracted to. He had been to jail, smoked that illegal stuff, was sexy all in himself, but the jail thing just cranked up his attractiveness for me. (BTW i am the good girl type, like 1st bf, i never got in trouble and listend to my parents, got the good grades, condescended my lil sis for losing her virginity at fifteen, all the while I lost mine at 16 and just never said anything). The bad boy was actually more loving and caring then the good boy, and after awhile he lost his bad boy persona. With the bad boy I only ever met his brothers, and they are great.
For me, a guy needs to be romantic spuratically, needs to have a good sense of humor, needs to be cute (sounds shallow to some, bt attraction means a lot in a relationship), nice, sexual, respectful, honest, faithful, communicative (I love being able to just sit with someone and talk for hours, and have the conversation jump from one thing to something totally different, inadvertently).
