Go to Google and search for "jelqing exercises." Those are for adding girth, while stretching or weights are more for length. "Kegels" if you're unfamiliar with the term, is another good search. Those exercises are probably best, and will help with better erections, more staying power, and can also help if you have problems with premature ejac. In order to reach "the big ten," expect to exercise it about 30 min. a day.
