The reason we help others is to help make the world better. Sometimes helping other comes at the expense of others, even ourselves. Make sure that when you are helping, the world is a better place because of it.

its not totally a bad thing but make sure that it dont go too much that it affects your personal life so much. occasional help and going all out is not really bad, but if you do it everyday? then you are bound to sacrifice a lot when there is no need to. just know where the limit is and make sure that you dont always go too all out.
