A bit confused if i should pursue girl...

Ok, so there's this girl at work who im pretty sure likes me, but when i told her that i liked her she informed me that she just broke up with her boyfriend and wont be dating for a while,...now we never talk to one another, we're both kinda shy and well we do make alot of eye contact, yeah it may sound pathetic but im a 19yo virgin and shes 29 so its hard for me...and well i figured that was just her way of rejecting me nicely but today she acted the same way as always and even smiled and waved at me in traffic,...i need to know what i should say to her, if anything, to make this relationship move forward,...i really like her and im really clueless...please help

If it's been a while, I guess you could ask her out again. However, I doubt she would beinterested in anything lasting due to the age difference. Still, you never know.
