Help! I'm stuck in a relationship!

I've been considering breaking up with a girl, and although I have not made any final decision on it yet, there are a few issues that would become a problem, and I was wondering if any of you had experience or advice on the topic?

The Issues:

1) I'm in highschool, 2nd last year.
2) She's in the same school as me, also her 2nd last year.
3) We're "that couple". We share 2 (out of 8) of the same classes.
4) We've been going out for 15 months now.
5) My family has grown accustomed to her, they generally like her, and enjoy her company. (Her family hates my guts)
6) Most of her friends are also my friends. Guys+girls hang out together in a big group.
7) Almost everyone in the entire school knows about us, because we are there every morning kissing or something together.
8) She's got a rough family life, so I feel pity for her. Her brother is abusive and in/out of jail, her other brother doesnt do anything, her dad is dead.
9) She quit cocaine, heroin, and a whole bunch of other shit after a relationship was structured with me.

I seriously wouldn't know how to get out if I tried.
