Pls help my problem!

I like a girl and I successfully invited her for a dinner three weeks ago, we exchanged our phone number. Up to now, she never calls me once,usually I call her. She always say she is quite busy in these few weeks when I invite her for another date. Then I called her yesterday,I asked her "Do you have something that wanna tell me but afraid of to hurt me",she smiles and nothing to say. Then I ask her "what do you think of my impression when we had that dinner?",she said not bad and doesn't mind go out together sometimes.
Actually,can anyone help me what does she think of me?
friend? or do I have a chance to woo her?
