Thinking about getting a wrist tattoo.

Any one here have a wrist tattoo? Do they hurt? I was planning on getting a tattoo in memory of my best friend on my left inner wrist. It would be a time line and then in smaller font right below it would say "in loving memory of..." I would want it in about that size and the text to be in cursive, I wonder if it's possible to get such small cursive writing in a tattoo. But yeh I am not sure but have been thinking about getting it lately. Let me know what you guys think? I was inspired by Shia Labeoufs wrist tattoo:

but want cursive writing right below with my best friends name. Tell me what you guys think. I'm trying to look for a font similiar to Labeoufs tattoo for the numbers but can't seem to find a close match any suggestions on cool fonts or anything would be helpful, thanks!

Maybe, but I'm not sure where else I would really want to get a tattoo. It's easily concealable if work or some occasion requires. Where would you suggest getting a tattoo? I'm pretty scrawny by the way.

personally i woudn't want to get a tattoo on my wrist because i would hate to wear long sleeved shirts all the time if would career just happens to look down upon tattoos.

however, i got mines on my back and i'm pretty skinny too. i suggest that where ever you decide, just make sure that you think about the future and hopefully you'll consider a place that you can cover up this art work.

I'd say put it somewhere you'd have a hard time noticing unless you really did look for it. I'd recommend against them at all, but I've a bit of an extremist position where aesthetics are concerned.

Wrist tattoos somehow manage to look both girly and hickish.

Plus it really doesn't seem that easily concealable to me. Potential employers will frown upon it. Get one on your shoulder if you absolutely positively most permanently mar your body.

I'm not a fan of tattoos at all. There is a very high percentage of people who regret getting them when they are older, and they are difficult to remove.

Are you worried you will forget your friend without a physical reminder?

I haven't experienced the pain of getting a tattoo first-hand, but I would imagine that anywhere where the skin is thin will hurt more than somewhere else.

As long as you aren't a girl and you're not going to get a tramp stamp of a:

    A. Butterfly

    B. Smiley Face

    C. A kitten (WTFUX?)

****ing I do not care. I will not date a girl with a butterfly tattoo. That is one of my standards, actually.

who doesn't do dumb things when they are young and regret their past??

personally i love my tattoo... i would advice you to really think about what you are getting and consider this, you will live with this for the rest of your life and of course your skin will start to sag when you get older.

I'ma laugh when your skin starts to sag, cause your tattoo will probably say "Live for the mammogram"

i think that a tattoo is a tattoo..what is the difference between one picture versus another one? each person has their own interpretation of their tattoo.
