    Getting tired.

I get tired everyday between the hours of 5:30-7 p.m.

I don't know why because after that time I'm not really tried anymore....by like 8 I'm fine. I can be up until 2-3 and not be tired at all.

I usually go to bed about midnight and get up about 7 if I can sleep well but I don't always sleep well. And sometimes I don't get to bed until 2-3 and a lot of times I only get 4 hours of sleep.

I just don't understand why I get so drained (I mean exhausted) for just these hours but then later when I want to go to bed I'm not tired...any ideas?

Eating habits, possibly. Maybe you're having a carb crash or something.

Well I usually eat around noon and I have a salad everyday for lunch and I only drink bottled water.

I eat random things for breakfast.

Same with dinner but I usually don't eat dinner until like 6-8.

I mean maybe I need to eat something between lunch and dinner....but then I don't eat anything from that time until like 8 the next morning and I stay up pretty late and don't get tired at all late at night.

Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

Well I don't drink coffee or tea, or soda for that matter...no caffeine at all.

Pretty much all I drink is bottled water...well I guess I do have caffeine in my rum and coke cause that is my drink but thats not a daily thing.

I guess I will give a snack a shot and see what happens.

I just feel like a have to go to sleep everyday at that time and its usually on my drive home and I'm afraid I'll fall asleep driving.

I don't get why people from the USA consider bottled water good.. it's a lot less strictly tested than the normal water...

Because I live in the country and I drink well water. I like well water but when I go to the city all I can taste is the chemicals they treat the city water with....its nasty....if I wanted to drink pool water I'd go to the pool and drop in a straw.

Have hardcore kinky sex, with multiple bouts before hitting the straw.

That should lull you into the perfect sleep. It does me.

Yea on the drive home and once I'm home until about dinner. The problem is I have a 30 minute drive home through the country. I have to take two highways. I set my cruise control and pretty much roll at 60. But the fact there is nothing to pay attention to really other than keeping it between the lines makes it exceptionally hard to stay awake.

It was even worse when I used to have my Cadillac...my first two cars were Cadillacs and those things are so damned comfortable you could just lay your head back and about go to sleep. Now that I drive a Mazda it isn't as huge of a deal in terms of comfort but I'm still so tired I could probably sleep anywhere.

i feel you on this one. however, you might want to try drinking coffee or something, or heading to the gym instead of sitting in traffic. i do this, but hawaii is a much smaller state than where ever you are from.

Well I work out at home. I used to go to the gym at my school but you about have to get there at 4 a.m. when they open if you don't want to stand in line for a treadmill....campus of like 70,000 and all they can get is like 15 treadmills?

I really don't like coffee...its like liquid bears ass to me....I'm gonna try a dietary change for right now and see if its not just my blood sugar cause I also get a headache almost everyday at the end of the day and I was reading on it and that is another symptom of low blood sugar....and the tiredness and headache always seem to go away after I eat dinner. I don't know why I really hadn't put 2 and 2 together yet.

I'll give it a few days and let everybody know how its going. If it doesn't improve though I'm going to the doctor.

well it doesn't have to be coffee to keep you awake. instead you can drink tea or soda or some other caffeinated beverage.

I just try to avoid caffeine in general.

I don't like to feel dependent on anything.

Alcohol is truly my only vice and I don't drink all that much really...well that and video games....I don't think thats to bad.
