When I'm just chillin it's only like 2 inches, but when I get hard it's inbetween 6 - 7 inches. Not to mention I'm about to turn 16, is it even going to grow anymore?

Codyy - your size is a bit over the statistical average. Don't worry so much about it - if a girl likes you enough to let your penis near her, she probably won't care so much about how long it is if it is within normal range.
Besides, the girls your age probably won't have much of a basis for comparison.
Just do yourself a favor and keep it wrapped if it is anywhere near a girl.
