    Yeah, I agree with Tone. I would think with anyone you have loved you would always remember them, but your feelings for them change.

    At first when Ir ead the question I didn't know if they meant will it always last? or will you always love them? So i was general in my answer as well.

    Oh it dies. Sometimes no, sometimes yes. But I experienced first hand that first love dies.

    In my case no, it doesn't. But I have learnt from the experience, and would be cautious going back there. I dont love people lightly, and give my whole heart when I am in a relationship, so they usually chip out their own piece to keep for themselves.

    First loves are supposed to die, since you usually experience them in your teen years when you are too young to make a suitable choice for a life-time partner.
