Cultural/family problem

Hey, today me and my 5 years long, on and off, "crush" talked about our relationship and how we feel for each other. I told her I love her, and she told me she loved me, but she is scared to start anything because of our cultural differences. I'm christian (agnostic atheist really) and she's muslim (she's not really religious but it's unsure how religious her family is), what should I do? I'm lost. I love her and want a future with her but she's freaking out about her family. I'm assuming she doesnt want to risk her relationship with her family with the relationship she has with me. Shit is messing my head up. What do?
