Don’t know what to do?

So I’m in a bit of a sticky spot. This post will be long, but I would appreciate if you could bear with me and read all. So, this all starts with my ex. Him and I dated for 2 years. We did everything together and I truly thought he was my soulmate. We talked about marriage, our future, everything. He gave me a promise ring. Then, he moved away to go to college in Iowa, about an hour from me. We promised to make it work. He unexpectedly broke up with me and it shattered my world. It was truly the worst thing to happen to me. About a month later, I started dating another guy, much current boyfriend of 1.5 years now. Looking back, it was probably a rebound at the start. But now, I do have feelings for this guy and love him to pieces. He’s a great person, treats me amazing, we click very well and we do not have near enough issues as me and my ex had. However, I still constantly miss my ex as we just had this connection I haven’t expierienced with my current bf. I was doing ok for a while until my ex asked to meet up in person. We got dinner and talked and it really just messed me up. He was saying how he regretted breaking up and how he hopes we find our way back to eachother. I guess it just got me thinking that maybe he is my soulmate...Weeks later, I brought up how I kinda felt the same, and he basically shrugged it off. I guess he changed his mind. I do love my boyfriend and don’t want to break his heart. It’s just weird because now I have dreams about my ex, I text him a lot (I can tell he’s not interested in talking as much as we do), and I’m even jealous of his new girlfriend. I really just don’t know what to do..what is the reason for all of this? How do I move on? Please help..
