No. I read a quote from a woman in her fifties the other day who married a 20 year old man. She said " If I would have listened to people, including my friends, I'd be stuck in an unhappy marriage or alone and miserable."
People are always going to stick their ore in. I'm experiencing something similar. I'm 34 and my boyfriend is 49. Yes, he has a bit of money but rarely spends it on me. I can sense that his friends question me. Don't listen to your insensitive friends. The heart wants what it wants. Alternatively you can find a woman your own age to make your friends happy?
