Hey
First, I'm a junior in high school and I've never had a boyfriend before but I have alot of guy friends (which I don't intend on dating)
There is this one guy that has me attracted and "obsessed" because I think about him most of the time. He is a new guy that came to the states about 5 months ago and he doesn't have that many friends yet. But he is so attractive, he's tall, slim, athletic (he's in my gym class and he and I play sports together with two other girls) has the most beautiful eyes, is very handsome and most of all, he has the most melting accent (Russian).
We both have a lunch period together and I now go and sit with him because he's alone. He has friends but I seem to be the only one free in that period. I walk him to English class after and I hug him before he enters the classroom (I know it's suppose to be the opposite way, but I feel really comfortable about this and he's new and I've been here since ninth grade)
He hugs me really tight and smiles everytime I see him. We walk together on the track for gym but I'm afraid to say anything because he's not too fluent on english but he understands and knows how to respond. He will do that "tickling move" where he sneeks up behind you and start squeezing the sides of your stomach. He actually did that to me today, twice, after walking him to class.
Are these signs that he is somewhat attracted to me?
Now, the problem. The two girls that we play in gym together also likes him. And one of them is a very close friend of mine and I love her to death. I don't want to hurt her feelings and I don't want mine getting hurt either. But the thing is, she can have any guy she wants. She's so friendly and fun to hang out with. I'm not so fortunate. I really think that this guy I like would really result in something but I'm afraid she might get in the way.
Thanks for reading,
Kylie-Lyn
P.S. for you guys out there. Do you find locking-arms to be a little bit uncomfortable, especially if you don't know that person too well but know them in general?
